CBP announced on April 30, 2014, that it will now start to allow foreign travelers to research their previous admissions to the United States in nonimmigrant status as provided in their I-94. This can be very helpful for some who no longer have a copy of their previously issued I-94 (which is now only issued digitally, and not in paper format). This may also help eliminate the need for travelers to seek requests under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) once they have obtained the information. You can access the CBP I-94 page through our website. To read the latest press release from CBP, please read on the government newsroom.
